Measure from the centre of the button to the centre of the buttonhole, with the collar lying flat.
Measure from the centre of the button to the centre of the buttonhole, with the cuff lying flat.
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Measure from the left seam to the right seam, just under the sleeves
Measure from the left seam to the right seam at the waist.
