Our bespoke shirts are the result of modern patterning methods combined with traditional manufacturing methods.
Each day, we make around one hundred bespoke shirts, ordered online by our customers, following to the letter the fabric and style options selected as well as the specified alterations to the measurements.
A quality shirt is above all about quality fabric. Over the years, we have built strong links with the best known fabric makers in Europe, such as Canclini, Albini / Thomas Mason and Monti. All our fabrics have Oeko-tex certification and are respectful of the environment.
Our patterns are designed to satisfy all sizes, from the largest to the most slender. Our algorithm will adapt your pattern according to the measurements you have given on our website, ensuring your shirt has the perfect cut.
We use a Gerber state of the art cutting system in order to guarantee unrivalled precision and high performance.
We always sew 7 stitches per centimetre, making the stitches very fine and robust. Assembling the sleeves and side panels is done using single stitching called French seams. This stitching technique is only used in the manufacture of top of the range shirts. Buttons are sewn on with a slight shank to guarantee robustness and ease of buttoning.
Our collars are assembled with precision. We use interfacing from the German brand Wendler, which provides the best quality on the market today. Standard collars are reinforced with bias cut interfacing ensuring the collar points fall perfectly. As a result, your shirt collar will be flexible yet firm, with the perfect hold.
