Due to our workshop's summer closure, all orders placed between July 10 and August 10, 2026, will be delivered during the first week of September.Thank you for your understanding.

The manufacturing timeline for a bespoke shirt is 12 to 14 days. This time includes processing your order, producing the shirt pattern, cutting the fabric and the assembling of your shirts by our tailors.

Then we use the most efficient delivery companies to deliver your shirt, generally within 2 to 3 days.

The overall timeline may vary slightly, depending on the checks carried out by our customer service agents: request for verification by email of your measurements or the confirmation of the choice of an option, etc.

We guarantee that all the shirts you order will fit you perfectly, including your first shirt.

1/ Try the first shirt on at home

2/ If it doesn't fit, send it back to us, describing where it does not fit or contact our customer service for help.

3/ We will send you a new shirt within 8 days with the requested alterations.
